Corey Horsburgh was one of three NRL players sent off after a wild brawl in the Raiders‘ NSW Cup loss to the Warriors in Auckland.
Horsburgh appeared to take exception to a tackle from back-rower Jacob Laban and got in his face literally as teammate Noah Martin scored the Raiders’ second try at his feet.
Horsburgh then appeared to head-butt Laban, which triggered a wild all-in brawl. The one-time Maroon appeared to throw most of the punches.

When the dust settled, referee Martin Jones took little time in sending not only Hosburgh for an early shower, but Laban and Warriors prop Tom Ale – who Martin claimed kicked Horsburgh – as well.
Horsburgh had earlier scored the Raiders’ first try of the afternoon.
Despite having an extra man, the Warriors eventually ran out 24-18 winners.
Horsburgh has made only two appearances in Ricky Stuart’s side this season, the last back in round five when he picked up a groin injury.
He had already missed the first three weeks of the season through suspension. This was only his second hit-out since returning from that groin injury.
Laban has made eight NRL appearances for the Warriors this season and was initially named among the reserves for the Warriors clash with the Broncos later Saturday afternoon.

Ale has made 39 appearances for the Warriors over the past five seasons, most recently last weekend in the Warriors’ 66-6 mauling at the hands of the Titans.
All three will no doubt be sanctioned by the NSWRL on Sunday.
