Stood-down Collingwood star Jordan De Goey has been spotted for the first time since he was released on bail and charged with serious offences in New York on Sunday (AEDT).
De Goey had a charge of forcible touching dropped in relation to allegations made by a 35-year-old woman, but he is still accused of harassment and assault of a 37-year-old man and will appear in a US court again on December 8.
The 25-year-old AFL player has been in America on a training camp for the past few weeks but has now been stood down indefinitely by the Magpies pending the court case.
Vision on Sunday emerged of De Goey leaving the police station after being released on bail.
He had not been sighted since, until now.
De Goey today appeared on the Instagram page of California-based fitness coach Johnny Louch.
Louch posted several videos to his Instagram story of he and De Goey riding mountain bikes.
De Goey has featured in several posts on Louch’s social media in recent weeks.

Louch spoke to SEN radio in Australia last week about the training he is doing with the AFL star.
“It doesn’t matter how fit an athlete is, especially someone like Jordy. He’s in shape, but what happens with a lot of athletes is they plateau, they do the same stuff over again,” he said.

“It’s good to get him out of his comfort zone. Someone like him, he’s not a quitter, that’s for sure. We brought other athletes out here who ended up walking home.
“He’s one of those guys that just needs to change things up a little bit more and make it fun. He’s at the perfect age of 25 to really push his training and start to be more intense with it.
“I can only say positive stuff about him because he’s strong, but there’s definitely room for improvement.”
De Goey has not spoken publicly about the charges laid against him.
