Australian fast bowler Mitchell Starc is reportedly in doubt for tonight’s T20 World Cup clash against Sri Lanka, after sustaining a leg injury.
Reports from Abu Dhabi are that the big left-arm quick was seen limping off at training on Tuesday night.

Starc took two wickets in Australia’s opening win against South Africa in what was an extremely well-rounded bowling performance from the entire attack.
The 31-year-old’s absence could open the door for Kane Richardson should Australia want to strick with a three-pronged pace attack, or for Ashton Agar to come in a second spinner alongside Adam Zampa.
Starc had been starved of cricket for a couple of months ahead of the World Cup, spending time with the Australian women’s team in Queensland, along with his partner Alyssa Healy.

While the severity of Starc’s issues isn’t known, it’s a long tournament for the Aussies with four more group stage matches ahead of a possible semi-final and final.
Two teams from each group of six will progress to the knock-out stage, with every match being vital.
