A spectator allegedly threatened to kill the two young sisters of Wests Tigers star Jackson Hastings in a shocking end to Magic Round on Sunday night.
Hastings was taking a kick at goal from the sideline in the final game of the weekend against North Queensland when several fans yelled abuse in his direction.
After landing a fine conversion kick, Hastings pointed out the group to on-ground security and the ground manager.

What really shook Hastings was that the person who made the threats identified his two sisters by name.
“That really got under his skin – as you can imagine it would – no one should have to cop that,” a Tigers source told Wide World of Sports.
Security at Suncorp Stadium, who were criticised for being slow to react to a vicious brawl on the opening night of the three day spectacular, were on the ball this time.
They identified the alleged culprit and ejected him from the ground and also charged him with disorderly conduct.
But once the gravity of the situation is revealed, he is likely to face more serious charges from police.
Hastings handled a dreadful situation with dignity, refusing to get in a slanging match with the group but rather reporting them to security and is to be commended for his actions.
