Tonight’s NRL trial game between Gold Coast and the Warriors has been cancelled due to the Queensland floods.
The game was scheduled to kick off at Cbus Super Stadium on the Gold Coast at 8pm (AEDT) but now won’t go ahead.
It was initially set to be played at Moreton Daily Stadium in Redcliffe on Saturday, but was postponed and the venue changed due to the escalating flood disaster hitting the state’s south-east.

The game was to be Shaun Johnson’s first appearance back in Warriors colours, having played the first 162 caps of his career there before leaving at the end of 2018.
Johnson spent the last three seasons at Cronulla but returned to the Warriors over the off-season.
