NRL great Corey Parker put the Tigers on blast for failing to pack a scrum in time during their loss to an undermanned Penrith on Sunday.
The battling Concord club had a golden opportunity to knock off a competition heavyweight, with the Panthers resting seven State of Origin stars for the round 18 fixture.
The Tigers held a lead for much of the game and took it back with 10 minutes on the clock, then only needed to defend it to win their first game in a month.

Instead they let Penrith’s James Fisher-Harris waltz through a gaping hole under the goalposts to score the game winner in the dying minutes.
Earlier, Parker took the struggling team to task for giving away a penalty with one dumbfounding act.
The Tigers earned a scrum feed in their attacking half, but then handed the ball straight back when they failed to pack it in time.
“My goodness. My goodness… can you believe it?” Parker said in commentary.
“The Wests Tigers had the scrum feed, and the ball, and they were unable to get packed before the 30 seconds. They have handed over possession to the Panthers.”

The Panthers, though, couldn’t even hold the ball for a set.
A knock-on handed possession straight back to the Tigers, as both teams struggled to complete sets.
“What we’re seeing from these two teams is absolute rubbish,” Parker said.
