Souths forward Jai Arrow has been recalled to the Queensland side for the second State of Origin match in Perth.
He comes into Billy Slater’s side on the bench following a hamstring injury to Reuben Cotter. Lindsay Collins will start in the front row.
Arrow was dumped from the Queensland squad ahead of last year’s final match after breaching COVID-19 protocols.

Slater has made one other change to the starting lineup, with North Queensland’s Murray Taulagi handed a State of Origin debut, named to replace the injured Xavier Coates.
Taulagi edged out Corey Oates for the match in Perth.
Along with Cotter and Coates, Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow, who was part of the extended squad for game one, is also unavailable due to injury.
Their absence means Corey Oates, Beau Fermor and Reece Walsh have been added to the 22.
The Queensland squad was named after Brad Fittler made wholesale changes to the NSW squad for Origin II. See the full Blues 22 here.
