Tevita Pangai Junior is in hot water once again, after being reported just minutes into his debut for the Canterbury Bulldogs.
Pangai Jr, who has become renowned for being involved in on-field clashes, was once again placed on report after taking the legs out from under Adam Reynolds following a Reynolds kick.
“He certainly hasn’t got the memo about controlling his emotions,” said league great Michael Ennis on commentary for Fox League.
“Tempers starting to flare here, there’s plenty of emotion.”

Pangai Jr was reported after being lucky to avoid scrutiny from the referee over a high hit on his old teammate Payne Haas just minutes before taking out Reynolds.
In an early Haas hit-up, Pangai Jr charged in late and narrowly avoided taking Haas out with a swinging left arm.
The report over the Reynolds hit comes after Pangai Jr found himself in trouble over his fiery playing style during the NRL pre-season trials.

“He tries to play this enforcer game and he just crosses the line,” Ennis said at the time.
“When he was at Penrith he got it right. His job was simple, his job was clear and in the limited time he played he did it and did it well.
“He’s gone to the Bulldogs and already in the first few games he’s got himself in awful trouble.”
