Ireland legend Brian O’Driscoll led the online roars of approval after serial pitch invading pest Daniel Jarvis was flattened by a Twickenham security guard on Sunday (watch the video in the player above).
Jarvis has a lengthy rap sheet for pitch invasion after interrupting multiple England cricket games last season before switching codes for All Blacks vs Wales and Ireland vs Japan rugby Tests.
He struck again before kick-off in the crucial England vs Ireland Six Nations Test in London, joining the home side for their national anthem in full kit.

But he didn’t get a chance to stretch his vocal cords as a security guard put him on his back with a fierce hit that would have not been out of place in the actual match.
Jarvis was then escorted from the playing field as Twitter began to weigh in.
“This helmet had it coming,” O’Driscoll wrote.

“It wasn’t funny the first time. A couple of days in the clink would soften his cough.”
There was high drama shortly after kickoff, too.
England lock Charlie Ewels was sent off for a dangerous head-on-head collision with James Ryan, which knocked the Ireland lock out of the match.
Just 82 seconds in, Ewels earned the unwanted distinction of becoming the quickest player to be sent off in the tournament’s rich 139 year history.
Ireland took advantage to win 32-15 and stay in the Six Nations title hunt.
England’s Australian coach Eddie Jones didn’t disagree with the red card and was proud of the team’s response.
“I thought we were on top with 14 men,” Jones said.
“I thought we were in a position to win the game. Our inexperience and exuberance is fantastic for the team but it cost us a bit at the end and that’s a learning experience.”
England was out of the title mix after its second defeat in four matches, but it still has a say in the fate of the championship.

England goes to Paris next weekend and if it topples unbeaten France then Ireland could take the title.
Ireland has Scotland in Dublin with at least a Triple Crown at stake.
If England loses in Paris, France clinches the Six Nations and a Grand Slam.

“We don’t have a shortage of spirit,” Jones said.
“We’ll get ourselves right and rip into France.”
Despite Ireland recording its biggest ever win at Twickenham, they didn’t secure victory until a Jack Conan try in the 72nd minute, when England finally tired.
“This sounds ridiculous but it’s one of the proudest days I’ve had in an England shirt,” hooker Jamie George said.
“I feel quite emotional from this game.
“To play like that with 14 men for 78 minutes against an Ireland team respected as one of the best in the world takes some doing, and I’m proud to be part of the group.”
