West Indies cricketer Deandrea Dottin lit up the women’s ODI World Cup with a spectacular catch to stun England.
The Windies posted 6-225 in their match at Dunedin, setting England a tricky total to chase.
The chase was off to a solid start until the first ball of the ninth over, when Lauren Winfield cut a Shamilia Connell delivery to backward point.

It appeared to be sailing to the boundary rope, until Dottin flew to her left, stuck out one hand and somehow reeled in the catch.
“What a catch! Will you see any better?” commentator Alan Wilkins proclaimed.
“Absolute screamer.”
England legend Nasser Hussain was stunned.
“That is incredible. That really is incredible,” Hussain said.
“If you think of the chances that have been put down today, Dottin has just pulled off an absolute screamer.”
The Windies then bowled England out seven runs short, cementing a thrilling victory.
