A Thai paramedic has described the chaotic scenes inside Shane Warne‘s villa as his friends desperately attempted to revive the spin king.
The world has been left in mourning after news filtered through of the cricket icon’s tragic death at just 52 years of age, following a suspected heart attack while on holiday in Koh Samui, Thailand.
Those travelling with Warne had desperately attempted to revive him after finding him unresponsive in his villa.

According to paramedic Anuch Han-iam, the Australian cricket great was unresponsive by the time he and a colleague arrived on the scene.
“Shane’s friends were already trying to bring him back to life,” he told British tabloid, The Sun.
“I took over doing CPR while we waited for an ambulance.
“They were desperate. I think one was crying. They were really stressed and panicked.
“They kept trying to wake him and I heard someone saying, ‘Come on, Shane. Come on, Shane’.
“I could see they were all shocked and I just tried to concentrate and do my best.
“There were about four or five other people in the room. All men, there were no women.”
While Han-iam stated that the villa was clean by the time he arrived, a number of reports from Thai publications have indicated that Warne may have suffered bleeding prior to his death.
A report from The Bangkok Post claimed that there had been bloodstains on the floor of Warne’s villa as well as on bath towels and pillows, while the commander of the Surat Thani Provincial Police had told Thai newspaper Matichon that Warne had “coughed up liquid and was bleeding” before CPR efforts began.
Thai Police have have no suspicions of foul play based on initial investigations into Warne’s death and his villa.
“The villa was clean and I didn’t see any beer or cigarettes inside,” said Han-ian.
“There was nothing unusual that made me think they’d been partying. I didn’t know when I arrived that it was Shane Warne. But I know who he is, he’s a star.
“I did my best for him and gave all my energy. I’m so sorry that I couldn’t help him.”
