Conditions at Sydney Motorsport Park left everyone struggling during today’s Supercars action.
Heavy rain overnight left parts of the circuit and garages flooded as slow drainage resulted in issues for all teams.

Flooding forced organisers this morning to delay the Touring Car Masters event, with much of the circuit blanketed with rivers of water.
Meanwhile, all eyes later in the day were on the top 10 shootout, which Mark Winterbottom revealed was a tough event for all teams involved.
“It’s just raining, as heavy as it can,” Winterbottom said.
“Everyone’s struggling. If it just rained a little bit, that would be nice.
“It’s pretty wild, but good fun.”

Brodie Kostecki secured his maiden pole with a time of 1:39:521 in the top 10 shootout.
Kostecki achieved it despite heavy rain coming down up until the final lap.
“It’s a credit to the whole team,” Kostecki said.
“We weren’t very good here in the wet when we were here last year.
“George [Commins, engineer] definitely tuned it up and she felt awesome in qualifying.
“Luckily I did some speedway at the start of the season in Toowoomba, so that helped a bit.
“You don’t really know when you get to turn one what the track’s doing to be like, so you just have to send it.”
The 77-lap Race 2 gets underway at 2.30pm AEDT.
