Nikita Tszyu’s promoters have found a new venue to host the 24-year-old’s professional boxing debut.
The younger brother of Tim was originally scheduled to face Aaron Stahl (2-0-1) at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre tomorrow night, but torrential rain led to the venue being flooded, with the event postponed by 24 hours.
The fight will now take place at the Fortitude Valley Music Hall on Thursday night, with the fight card to begin at 6pm local time (7pm AEDT).

The younger Tszyu, a former amateur champion, has opted to return to the ring after completing his architecture studies and will fight in the same weight class as his older brother.
The card will also feature the IBO super welterweight title eliminator fight between Australian Wade Ryan (20-9) and Irish two-time world title contender Dennis Hogan (29-4-1).
“There’s always a bit of pressure when it comes to this stuff,” Tszyu told media at today’s press conference.
“There’s a big shadow for me to break out of. But that kind of pressure, I live for it. It keeps me focused, it keeps me sharp, it keeps my mind clear.
“It’s fantastic. The undercard – every single fight’s basically a main event. I’m honoured to be able to share the stage with these people.”
