Dragons young gun Tyrell Sloan will get a chance to shine for the Indigenous All Stars on Saturday night, after being called in to replace Alex Johnston, who was withdrawn from the squad this morning.
He and Broncos prospect Selwyn Cobbo will start the game on the bench as new captain Josh Addo-Carr and Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow occupy the wing spots, with Will Kennedy at fullback. Teams were named this afternoon.
It’s the second late change in as many days for the Indigenous team, with Shaquai Mitchell called in yesterday after Jack Bird withdrew.

The NRL’s showpiece pre-season event takes place at Sydney’s CommBank Stadium on Saturday night – the women’s match at 5.20pm and the men’s at 8.10pm.
Cronulla fans will be watching with particular interest, with Sharks players occupying the one, six, and seven jerseys in the Indigenous spine.
They’ll get their first look at how new signing Nicho Hynes plays alongside Sharks teammate Braydon Trindall.
The Sharks landed the former Storm utility on a multi-year deal, announced in the middle of last season.
