Moses Suli is free to join St George Illawarra after the centre was released from the final year of his contract with Manly.
The Sea Eagles have confirmed Suli is one of five players leaving the club.
Curtis Sironen, Tevita Funa, Jack Gosiewski and Zac Saddler have also been farewelled, after Manly’s season ended with a preliminary final loss to Souths.

Suli, who was contracted to the Sea Eagles until the end of the 2022 season, was recently linked to a move to the Dragons.
His opportunities were limited under coach Des Hasler, who preferred to use Brad Parker and Morgan Harper in the centres.
Believed to be on a deal worth more than $500,000-a-season, Suli was given permission to negotiate with other clubs.
The Dragons will be Suli’s fourth club in six years, after he was sacked by both the Wests Tigers and Canterbury in 2018.
Meanwhile, Manly have confirmed the re-signing of Jorge Taufua and Morgan Boyle, with the pair committing to the club until the end of 2022.
“Jorge and Morgan are both very good and experienced players and they will add some great depth to the squad which is so important.” Hasler said.
