Manly has copped a blow ahead of its preliminary final showdown with South Sydney on Friday night.
It had been reported Sea Eagles centre was Brad Parker cleared of a hand injury and would line up at Suncorp Stadium, but Nine’s Danny Weidler broke the news Parker will not play the game.
He will be replaced by hulking centre Moses Suli.
“Last night we mentioned Brad Parker was in doubt for the game,” Weidler told Nine News.
“I can tell you now Brad Parker is officially out of the game. In comes the barnstorming Moses Suli.”

Suli, 23, has been in and out of the team this year and would have missed the do-or-die final if not for Parker’s injury.
Suli looks set to jump ship and join the Dragons next season.
He was once handed the NRL’s richest ever contract for a teenager, signed by Canterbury on a $1.3 million deal before being released just one month into that stint at Belmore.
